Service fees exclude ad/media spend, influencer fees, software/email credits, licensed data/stock assets and production costs unless explicitly agreed.

Draft terms: service-period start, turnaround, commitment, cancellation, renewal, unused allowances, setup charges and refund rules require owner approval. No automatic charging. Scope and revisions require an accepted proposal.
